InterpCNC axis control V1.5 (USB/RS485) [ICNC-1.5-USB]
Serial/USB 4 Axes controler board
The InterpCNC axes controler board is suitable for 4 axes control based on serial line commande. This board can be connected to a RS232 PC serial line or USB (by using a RS232/USB converter).
Interpolation function available on this board make simple the control of a CNC machine. It's also possible to use it for a large range of application where motor control function is required.
Input/Output available on the board can be use for all other type of application in automation area.
By using KYNON software, you can use this board to make a complete machine automation for a lot of kind of process control where IO and motion control is necessary without development software.
Axes mouvements :
- Linear interpolation 2, 3 or 4 axes,
- Ramp or constant speed movement,
- 2 axes circular interpolation.
Functions :
- Management of machine origine sensor,
- Sensor localisation (tool height sensor, 3D scan...)
- Imediat stop or stop with ramp when an input change.
Inputs/Outputs :
- 8 optoisolated input (28V max)
- 1 5V input,
- 1 0/5V analog input.
- 4 opto isolated open collector outputs
- 3 TTL output
- 1 optoisolated PWM output
Interfaçe :
- +5V regulated power supply or 8 to 27VDC unregulated power supply,
- RS232 communication or USB by using converter cable,
- I2C expension bus (accessible with specifics RS232 commands).
