Series 3 servo drives have been designed to drive the new range of 200 to 750W servo motors equipped with 17 bit single-turn (SMC series), 20 bit single-turn and absolute 16 bit multi-turn (SMS series) encoders.

 

The CD423-AA-000 is ideal for working in Pulse/Direction mode but also in Torque or Speed mode.

It offers several operating modes:

  • The multi-position which allows, using a combination of inputs, to select different positions,
  • The multi-speed which allows, using a combination applied to the inputs, to select a rotation speed,
  • Analog inputs can be used to set torque and/or speed,
  • Homing mode, which allows you to perform an origin cycle based on the detection of a limit switch.

 

The CD423-AA-000 is also available in the FD423 series equipped with field buses:

  • FD423-LA-000 Modbus,
  • FD423-CA-000 CANOpen,
  • FD423-EA-000 Ethercat.
